In order to display underground coal mine passing track and the vehicles dispatch control function fully, enhances the assistance to auxiliary transportation lane vehicles transport capacity, avoids transporting the accident the occurrence, brings the biggest economy and the security benefit for the enterprise, it is necessary to study mine locomotive dispatching control system.Because system application environmental condition is extremely bad, ordinary detection technology methods such as ultrasonic wave, infrared, in the practice applications is unable to reflect precisely vehicles real position. Therefore, the detection of vehicles information is a key technique in system research. This research focuses discussion of locomotive positioning label sensor design. 2.4GHz wireless radio frequency technology is used as an important method of transferring vehicles information in the sensor with the design of low power device (such as MSP430, nRF2401, SP6641 A and so on). Through the radio-frequency signal sending and receiving flow design, the underground mine vehicles with below 15 m/s speeds, within information gathering region 30 meters scopes, can carry on 5 times above information receiving and sending integral, guaranteeing the reliability and integrity of information transmission.The design method of locomotive localization label sensor is proposed in the locomotive dispatch control system. Aspects of advanced technology, running low power consumption and long life cycle are discussed. A series of questions in original engineering conditions are solved, such as high power consumption and signal collision. The low power loss chip and the part energy conservation measure are used, in the mine shaft the application of sensor are guaranteed in the condition of using battery long time. The experiment indicates: the localization label sensor power loss is low, satisfies the battery power supply 3 month-long requests, meet the system design requirements.Also the implementation plan of locomotive dispatch control system is proposed, its structural model and the main technology are discussed. 2.4GHz wireless radio frequency technology is applied to coal mine shaft locomotive dispatch control field in China early. Through the use of locomotive localization label sensor and earth magnetism sensor, the position of the locomotive can be pinpointed.
