| As the main transportation equipment of the mineral resource exploitation, the traction capability of Mine Electric Locomotive is the key of the efficiency of mineral resource exploitation. Now, the Mine Electric Locomotive in our country has being improved by AC Frequency Conversion technology. Our country researches and produces high capability Electric Locomotive AC transmission system which helps save energy sources, expense of equipment, and improves the automation level of mineral productionAiming at the problems of the running condition of Tractive Mine Electric Locomotive. This paper designs a Mine Electric Locomotive inverter speed regulation method based on TMS320F2812 which aims at the traction running operation condition, adopts DTC Mode and combines DSVM algorithm. The paper detailed introduces the general principle of DTC strategy, studies a optimized DTC algorithm, deduces the reason of torque ripple in DTC system, analyzes the influence of choice of DSVM to torque ripple, and chooses three-part DSVM to reduce the torque ripple. To the hardware design, the system chooses TMS320F2812 as the core of the control circuit, and chooses IPM as the core of invert circuit, to design the invert speed regulation system. To the software design, the system adopts C program and compile program combined, and designs module program inverter of speed regulation system. Based on above we do some simulation experiment of optimized DTC algorithm and the whole system by MATLAB/SIMULINK, and the simulation results prove the validity of algorithm and the feasibility of Mine Electric Locomotive inverter speed regulation system, at last we do some preliminary experiment verification in library. |
