China’s coal resources are abundant,coal mine generally use dc locomotive to arrive material and stone.The dc locomotive use the battery power supply to drive Dc motor traction body,general use of the string of resistance way to adjust the speed.This control method will bring expensive,complicated strucrure,start impact,operation inconvenience,security protection not complete,often malfunctions,wasting energy and produce stray curren.The question will cause potential safety problems,affects normal production.If instead of ac motor drive,these problems can be very good solve.The core of the reconstruction work is the controller.This paper focuses on the design of ac motor controller based on DSP2812,use the rotor flux vector control with Fuzzy PID and SVPWM wave output as control strategies,has the advantage of high efficiency,stable output,device switch loss and easy digital control.Choose DSP2812can provide reliable hardware platform,still can better use the system performance.This article discussed the research background,the realistic meaning and research status. Then detailed introduced the overall reform plan and the control strategy of the selection and realization method.On this basis,simulation analysis the control strategy. In the simulation results meet the system need,detailed introduction of the system hardware design, software design and the actual system test.Hardware part introduces digital signal processor (DSP) work circuit,data acquisition circuit,wave output circuit,data transmission circuit,etc.Software of introduced the speed acquisition,current sampling sequence,rotor flux method,SVPWM wave method.Use MATLAB simulation control strategy,assess the feasibility of the scheme and effect.The last of the motor running effect were tested.and the feasibility of fruit detection scheme,at the same time for development difficulties:parameter identification and weak magnetic control are given.Finally did the summary.points out the deficiency of the scheme and improving methods,for the following further research direction.Figure [53] Table [8] Reference [47]...
