The open blowing mill system and the close-circuit system both have disadvantages. Due to the existing of over grinding in the open blowing mill which could result in the wasting of powdering, the closed-circuit powering has therefore been developed so as to utilize the energy of powering completely. In the event of real practice, the closed-circuit powdering system has increased the capacity by 20-40%. However, the system also includes the disadvantages like complicated processing, low equipment workability, large investment and much maintenance occupation, etc. After many years' development, the combination of grinding roller and high efficiency sieving has become the mainstream of cement grinding.The main research topic includes:(1) High efficiency sieving technology. It is an updated generation of ball mill cost efficiency technology, which mainly focus on work principle, equipment structure, the balance of wind blowing materials.(2) Extrusion powdering technology. Grinding roller is a kind of new type equipment that developed from 1980s. It forms the new processing of pressing mill, which has obviously achievements. The principle could be generalized as 'high pression mill'. The research mainly focuses on the work principle, equipment structure and the operation, etc.(3) Powdering processing technology. The combination of extrusion powdering and high efficiency sieving can take advantage of the good points of each part but eliminate the disadvantages of them so that the capacity can be enhanced significantly.(4) Practice and execution. Aiming at the heavy liberation of grinding roller when there are much smaller granules and the improvement of the processing, the high efficiency cyclone dust collection has been set up, as well as the cloth and wind lock up installations. These improvements have done very well in enhancing the breaking up and clarification, increasing the mill efficiency of the smaller granules and the crush ability of grinding roller.Moreover, the improvement costs less and have higher efficiency. This article enriches the combination powdering technology. The low investment and better parameters of all aspects will benefit both the economy and the society, which is deserved to be extended and applied.
