Along with rapid development of modem industry,it is greatly important to research the separation of micro-fine and highly impure iron mine(contain phosphorus and sulfur), because the resources with limited rich iron mine and easily separated iron mine is depleting gradually.There is a large number of high-phosphorous iron mine in worldwide, the reserves with high-phosphorous iron mine in our country is the 14.86 percent of total reserves.It is can get to 7.45 billion tons.There are 20.1535 million tons iron ore of this kind lies in Yunnan;there are 9,517,300 tons of geological through exploiting now.With the exploitation of the ore dressing plant,original ore grade and content of magnetic iron drop year by year;concentrate grade and rate of recovery are reduced,especially the underpants ore body,original ore grade and magnetic iron occupation rate are low,the phosphorus,content of sculpture are high,be unable to meet the request for ore nature to select the factory procedure to make,make the production target in recent years drop,the concentrate grade,about 58 percent,the rate of recovery is about 70 percent,the content of the phosphorus is high,about 0.33 percent.The goal of this subject is through studying, seeking can lower the phosphorus and improve the concentrate grade and rate of recovery in a kind of ore dressing craft,and reach iron concentrate grade above 61.00 percent;the recovery is more than 76.00 percent;Include phosphorus under 0.15 percent and can use the existing equipment,recommend rational procedure and scheme,and apply to transform in craft the achievement.Fetch this ore as the sample;go on including magnetic separation,gravity,and flotation again,etc.Have examined the intensity of magnetic field,rinsing water consumption,impact on gravity,magnetic separation of density of ore pulp under test,Craft mineralogy shows:The iron ore relies mainly on hematite,mirror iron ore,other irons mineral is siderite,needle iron ore,pyrite,marc site,there is a small amount of magnetic iron ore.The gangue is iron dolomite,calcite,bologna stone,kaolinite,quartz and little plagioclase.The iron ore includes 42.50 percent of iron,include 0.618 percent of phosphorus,include 1.04 percent of sculptur,the phosphorus,content of sculpture are high in the ore,but exist independently.The sculpture is in the bologna stone mainly,the phosphorus is in the hydroxyl apatite mainly,and hydroxyl apatite and bologna stone insert it in the hematite and mirror iron ore with irregular bulk,granular.But the apatite mineral is very detailed in grain size,about 150 microns;the iron mineral is detailed too in grain size, 50 microns account for 48.10 percent,Retrieving iron and reducing phosphorus in iron content among the concentrate,want high degree of dissociation.The little test has carried on the condition test,Explore process test,verify test,test synthetically,get rid of the phosphorus with flotation,add the drug in the iron concentrate, get rid of phosphorus,etc.The result shows:Adopt the technological process including roughly grind(- 200 item 65 percent)-Weak magnetism -The strong magnetism gets rid of the tailing -grind again(-300 item 95 percent)-Magnetic separation - gravity,can receive 62.15 percent of iron,0.126 percent of impurity phosphorus,the recovery of iron is 87.14 percent,every index exceeds the goal in research.This craft can reduce the phosphorus in the iron concentrate,improve the recovery of metal,to,reduce the grade of tailing;Have offered the condition to the comprehensive utilization of the tailing.
