This thesis mainly studies MnO2 sorption to phenol, and has a primarily filter of the manganic catalyzer in wet ClO2 catalytic oxidation to remove phenol.According to the MnO2 by gas chromatography before and after in phenol solution, the MnO2 oxidation to phenol could be neglected when pH value reaches neutral value. In the same condition, comparing with the air and nitrogen in phenol solution, the conclusion is that MnO2 has no catalytic effect when air is as oxidation. MnO2 basically absorbs phenol.ε-MnO+2,α-MnO2,δ-MnO2,γ-MnO2,β-MnO2,λ-MnO2 was prepared by different ways on compare their sorption to phenol solution. It was found thatδ-MnO2 is obviously better than others. When 500mg MnO2 was in 200ml phenol solution of 500mg/L at 25℃, the dispelling rate was 49.07% after 24 hours. From the study ofδ-MnO2 with time, pH value, and the initialized concentration phenol solution, that Model Langmuir is better than Model Freundlich, which is fit for the influence on the sorption to phenol solution. And afterδ-MnO2 regeneration at 103℃with 5 hours, the sorption to phenol solution is still very good. The residual concentration of phenol solution was diluted, in this way the desorption curve with time and temperature about the dispelled phenol was studied. On the basis of contrastive experiment, the process is primarily chemistry sorption. In this thesis, a common sedimentation way was prepared on different catalyzer which have no active effect on wet ClO2 to remove phenol. Comparing with the individual active c, arbon, the dispelling rate of CODcr was reduced in degree when Mn, Fe, Ni was separately loaded on active carbon, or Mn & Fe, Mn & Cu, Mn & Fe & Cu were combined to loading on it. when Mn & Ni were loaded on active carbon at the same time, the catalyzer of 500mg and 600mg ClO2 were in 100ml phenol solution of 500mg/L, the dispelling rate was 93.12% at 23.5℃that obviously increase its active catalysis.
