Due to higher concentration of phenol and formaldehyde in the wastewater, phenolic wastewater makes harm to the environment and the organism indifferent degrees, so it has been identified as a key objects need to be solved. Chlorine dioxide has strong oxidation and its reaction does not produce chlorinated products which have toxic and odorous, so it has obvious advantages in the wastewater treatment. The concentration of phenol is measured using the UV spectrophotometric, and precision and recovery rate were determined in this method, and it was compared with the method of 4-AAP. The results show that the measurements by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and 4-AAP have no significant difference, and there are smaller relative error and higher precision, met the requirements of experimental condition and environmental monitoring. Without interference, the UV spectrophotometry is convenient and efficient.Chosed three methods of ClO2ã€UV and UV/C102 with the degradation of the oxidation of phenol and formaldehyde in the phenolic wastewater, and optimized its impact factors. The results show that only used the ClO2 to treat the wastewater, can determine the optimal process that dosage of ClO2 need 15mL, initial solution pH is 8, and the reaction time is 60 min; UV processed separately, the degradation of phenol and formaldehyde is lower in the wastewater, and have little influence for the degradation of phenol and formaldehyde; The joint treatment by UV/ClO2 is better than by ClO2 method and UV process separately, its reaction time is reduced and degradation efficiency of wastewater is also improved. When the reaction time was 40 min, the removal rate of phenol, COD were 94.83% and 62.84%.The catalyst prepared by granular activated carbon as the carrier and copper chloride as the active component, using the impregnation method. The preparation conditions were that concentration of Cu2+ is 5% in the impregnating solution, and the calcinations time was 3h and calcinations temperature is 400℃.were used chlorine dioxide as the oxidant to degradation of phenolic wastewater, Investigate the influence of addition amount of ClO2, pH value of initial solution, catalyst dosage and UV irradiation time, etcetera, factors on the effect of wastewater treatment, then determine the appropriate catalytic oxidation process condition. Results show that when the addition amount of ClO2 solution is 35 ml, the catalyst dosage is 3 g, the pH value of initial solution is 2 and the reaction time is 40 minutes, the effect of degradation is relatively high. The removal rate of phenol and COD are 86.87% and 71.83% respectively; Besides, introduction of UV is beneficial to the degradation of wastewater, under the condition of combination of UV and ClO2 catalytic oxidation, the removal rate of phenol and COD reached 92.07% and 84.46% respectively after reacting 50 minutes. |
