Ecological environment bearing capacity is the self-maintain,self-regulation capacity of ecological system, the support-accommodation capacity of. resources and environment system, the social economical activity intensity and the population with some living standard. The key problems of Dianchi watershed ecological environment are: how many people it can accommodate, what the proper city scale is, how to keep the continual development of Dianchi watershed. These are the study aims of Dianchi watershed ecological environment bearing capacity.The region ecological environment balance and the resources bearing capacity are the main factors that restrict the continual development of Dianchi watershed. The resources bearing capacity is the soil bearing capacity and water resources bearing capacity, while the environment bearing capacity is connected with resources bearing capacity. So, the study to the three core factors: the water environment volumetric capacity,the bearing capacity of water resources and the soil resources bearing capacity. Because the soil resource is un-expansionary, however the capacity of water resources and water environment can be advanced through the improvement of engineering technique skill and the basic equipment. So, the bearing capacity of soil resource is the benchmark, the capacity of water resource and water environment are the proofread genes.The statistical data,documental report results of Dianchi watershed is cited in the thesis. Through the using of mathematic analysis methods that are system analysis,linear analysis,classification and sort, the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, the combination of dynamic and static analysis to basic materials, the results are evaluated qualitatively, the conclusions are got quantitatively.Soil resource bearing capacity analysis: the continual development state of Dianchi watershed is judged through adopting the ecological footmark analysis method; soil area of different adaptability in Dianchi watershed is analyzed through the method of soil ecological adaptability comprehensive value in order to estimate the upper limit population scale of Dianchi watershed, the population number is 4900000, the suitable area for city construction is 500km2.Water resource capacity analysis: the water resource capacity and water environment recover capacity of Dianchi watershed is analyzed through the system analysis. According to different layout year and conditions, different blue prints that affect water environment recover technique are enacted in order to optimize scheme to get the water resource recovery technique scheme in different layout year (2010,2020,2030). Through the method, the water environment in Dianchi watershed can be recovered.Water resource bearing capacity analysis: the support and need gross of Dianchi watershed is estimated through the method of statistic analysis and comprehensive ration. Different water resource support and need schemes is designed through the comprehensive consideration in different choice to Dianchi watershed. Three developing layouts to the future development of Dianchi watershed: the high effective water-saving,water-saving and normal water-saving are optimized through the support-need balance analysis to different model.
