Engine Blades Five-axis Cnc Polishing Machine Overall Design

The blades are not only big in quantity,but also strict in requirement,for they are keys of aeroengine.They have some characteristic of complex structure,many breeds, high geometrical precision and hardness in machining, so it brings a big challenge on the manufacture technology and development of the blade.At present,traditional special process equipments are commonly used in world's machining and plishing the facies, but they are not suitable for production of small quantities. And nowadays, the national NC machining of blade begins with milling the rough part mostly, but there will always be superabundance in 0.3mm. To be an final product, the superabundance should be grinded handly.We use the principium of the NC machining, the mature technology of the modern NC machining, combined with machining experience of the blade,and finally design a set of 5-axis blade NC polishing machine. It is efficient for getting blades of high qulity, accordence and mechnical functions, meanwhile, it could rise producing efficiency, decline cost and greatly change the work environment.In this paper, 5-axis blade NC polishing machine is divided into three parts, which are the tape machine, digital control system and electrical system,by transverse-segmentation-way. Firstly, By means of the analyze of the configuration character, technique request and machining technics of the blade, it is proposed an elementary design to the NC polishing machine based on the three-dimension software Unigraphics,in the course of research this article refer to a diminutive,simple machine which is introduced by the aeroengine group of xi an ,secondly,design the transmission system,confirm reasonable parameter of all arts thirdly,by contracting all kinds os the NC system,select model of NC,design electric implement, confirm parameter ,design logistic control process the numberical control machine,finally the NC system have excessive function in market ,for the sake of avoiding waste and saving cost, an open NC system is built for the blade machine combining with the advanced NC technology.after evaluating of experts,the polishing machine is considered to polish blades.
