| In this paper, one kind of heat-resistant propellant used in the electric cable bridge plug sitting is discussed. Based on the property requirements of electric cable bridge plug sitting, new heat-resistant propellant is designed according to the relevant product of the Baker corporation which is at the lead level in this field in the world. On the basis of other people's studies, the composition of new heat-resistant propellant is redesigned, the preparing technics and combustion property of new heat-resistant propellant is systematically studied as well as the charge technology is done in bridge plug sitting tool. The results show that: the preparing technics of new heat-resistant propellant,is well recurred and easer than before. Furthermore, this preparing technics is validated by the closed-vessel experiment. For new heat-resistant propellant, the combustion is steady, the heat-resistant temperature is higher than 300°C, the dropping hammer sensitivity is 23% and the friction sensitivity is 13%(in the standard condition), so it fully accords with the safety requirements in high temperature and normal operation condition in oil and gas wells. Using the new heat-resistant propellant as the chemical motivity of the bridge plug sitting tool , the charge configuration is designed, the bridge plugging operation is reliably accomplished in high and normal temperature condition, and the usage property corresponds with the product of the Baker corporation.2... |
