After that, its combustion performance, heat-resistant property, moisture absorption and safety performance are studied. All of these comply with the performance requirement of the propellant and aims at the products of Baker company which leads the top technology in the globe. It is concluded that the heat-resistant propellant which contains strontium nitrate instead of strontium barium needs less complicated technics. In addition, it is proved by the close-vessel experiment that the new type containing strontium nitrate has better recurring performance of technics and combustion performance, and heat-resistant temperature is not less than three hundreds degrees centigrade. It's impacting sensitivity is between 40%~50% in the normal condition with friction sensitivity between 12%~50%. The moisture absorption performance has been improved by making use of new materials and ideal formula. In a whole, the new type heat-resistant propellant in this paper could meet the utilizing requirements both in the normal operation and high-temperature wildcat environment. It performs better than the congener products in the domestic area, keeping in line with the products made by the Baker company. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | heat-resistant propellant, cable bridge plug, combustion, performance hygroscopic performance | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
