Small Watershed Pollution Control, Integrated Planning Methods And Models

It was important to put forward Small River Basin Pollution Comprehensive Treatment for consummating water pollution work through recognizing the important effect of water pollution control plan correctly in improving the whole water quality and studying the character and advance experience of water pollution control plan at home and abroad.The foundation of basin pollution control theory and the theory of gross distributions were introduced firstly. And some famous successful cases of water pollution control all over the world were analyzed then. Basing on analyzing the basin pollution control theory and the theory of gross distributions and absorbing the invaluable experience, in combination with the actuality of pollution control and the basin character of Shandong province we could point out the collectivity idea of Small River Basin Pollution Comprehensive Treatment and the method of gross distribution. And on these bases the idea and the method were applied to the water pollution control plan of the dominant area of the small river of Xue city. Through this study in combination with the applying cases we could draw a conclusion that the idea of Small River Basin Pollution Comprehensive Treatment was accord with the actuality of pollution of Shandong province, the gross distribution was in reason, the measures of controlling pollution were proper and that were provided with high security of zoology.
