There exist three phases: solid, liquid and gas, and three respects are influenced by the shear stress that mixture flow. Because of the defect of the design in traditional Integrated oxidation ditch, mud deposit can be found at near conducting wall where there is low-energy district and other some district where there is rapidly varied flow. So, not only energy consumption is too big, but also the wall has influenced theresult of dealing with the sewage directly. To the question that like this, this text has done the design that bored a hole to training conducting wall, so that the mud near conducting wall can obtain some energy to wriggle from great-energy fluid, and reduce the depose of mud in this part. Conducting wall after improving has already made very good actual effect on practical application.In the experiment, it is found that the average velocity of the whole is 0.94m/s which can't supply the demand of condition that biochemistry reacts and that the average value of the maximum velocity is more than five times of it. Very uneven velocity of flow brought on over 50% of the invalid districts. At the same time, Energy maldistribution leads the mud to deposit in the low- energy district. Through the subject of the flow velocity and analysis in theory, the problem is found because the mechanical equipment isn't properly installed and used, thus causing inefficiency and big energy consumption in the course of the wastewater treatment. Ignoring low-energy district at curve bend and site overlap of the mechanical equipment leads too fast and uneven velocity and the more invalid district.A kind of improvement type of OCO technology ~ Integrated OCO technology is proposed which has both of the advantage of the traditional Integrated oxidation ditch and OCO technology after defect of fluid flow distribution is found in the Integrated oxidation ditch because of the traditional appearance runway type of defect of Integrated oxidation ditch. Meanwhile, the feasibility examination has been done in laboratory after anoxic zone and anaerobic zone are put ahead of aerobic zone in order to remove nitrogen and phosphorus firstly according to practical conditions of our country.The experimental result shows that fluid flow of the Integrated OCO technology is better than the Integrated oxidation ditch in evidence and flow velocity is more averaging in which the average value of the maximum velocity and the average value of the whole only differed by 2 times and the shear stress can be obtained following the good fluid flow distribution. And the value of DO decays from 5.83 mg/L to 3.75 mg/L which is that we expect, too. So this technology istotally feasible, and has unique advantages more than Integrated oxidation ditch and OCO technology. |
