On The Sustainable Development Of Natural Values

Development is an eternal topic up against human society. Human's cognition to development underwent a gradually deepening and perfecting process, from seeking pure economic increase to pursuing unification of economic increase and social macrocosmic transform, and up to now the conception of sustainable development. The sustainable development emphasizes full-scale and harmonious progress in economics, society and environment. Not only self-contained policies, technologies and laws are needed for ensure, standardizing humans' behavior, but a proper conception of natural value is more needed for theoretical supporting to compatibleness of sustainable and developing, and for directing the relationship between human and nature.In this paper the sustainable development was studied from the view of natural value. Reason is that value relation is an important respect of human-nature relation. The history of human-nature relation is a history of realizing natural value to human society in the same sense. The conception of natural value is a brand-new conception. Its presenting induced economic, ethnic and philosophical reforms. At present, with regard to natural value, many disputations lie between scholars about whether internal value exists, nature is the main body or not and whether realty is identical to value. The conception of natural value underwent a historically evolutive process. There are many genres appeared. And they diverge fairly high. In traditional conception of natural value, which centers human being, human is the dominator of nature. Natural value was understood as a tool value. Such conception resulted in the blindfold plunder to nature during the process of rebuilding by human. It is the idealistic foundation of present ecological crisis. The nature centering conception of nature value emphasizes natural internal value and accepts multiple main bodies. It sets eyes on dependent relationship of human and nature. But the independence of natural value is magnified. Thereby the practice of rebuilding nature by human gets inoperative. As absence of identical normal form in realizing natural value, the stratagem of sustainable development can not be put into practice well by human.On the basis of analyzing and evaluating the rationality and defects of each genre's natural value conceptions, the natural value conception with sustainable development was analyzed and expatiated in this paper.
