| 1,Synthesis and Study of 2-Hydrazino-Dithiolane DerivativesSome research work have discovered that 2-hydrazono-l, 3-dithiolane derivatives have good bioactivity. They can inhibit or kill many kinds of bacteria, fungus as well as insects, which cause diseases, insect damage and weeds. They are potential candidate for insecticide, but they have high toxicity. In this paper, we study the design, synthesis of ferrocene-containing 2-hydrazino-dithiolane derivatives, with focus on the preparation of new kind of compounds which have higher effect and lower toxicity.On the basis of the study of"2-hydrazono-dithiolane'', we have succeeded in preparing"2-hydrazono-dithiane'' and"2-hydrazono-dithiepane''. With them as starting materials we prepared a series of ferrocene-containing hydrazones compounds from the condensation with ferrocenecarboaldehyde, acetylferrocene: 1-(1, 3-dithiolan-2-ylidene) -2-(1-ferrocenylmethylidene)hydrazine, 1-(1, 3-dithiolan-2-ylidene)-2-(1-ferrocenyl ethylidene)hydrazine, 1-(1, 3-dithiolan-2-ylidene)-2-[1-[bis(1, 1'-ferrocenyl)]ethylidene] hydrazine, 1-(1, 3-dithiolan-2-ylidene)-2-[1-[1-(1, 1'-ferrocenyl)]ethylidene] hydrazine, 1-(1, 3-dithian-2-ylidene)-2-(1-ferrocenylmeth-ylidene)hydrazine, 1-(1, 3-dithian-2- ylidene)-2-(1-ferrocenylethylidene)hydrazine, 1-(1, 3-dithie-pan-2-ylidene)-2-(1- ferrocenylmethylidene)hydrazine, 1-(1,3-dithiepan-2-ylidene)-2-(1-ferrocenylethylidene) hydrazine, 1-(1, 3-dithiepan-2-ylidene)-2-[1-[bis(1, 1'-ferrocenyl)]ethylidene]hydrazine.And we also have synthesized some Schiff bases of aromaticaldehydes, ketones.2,Synthesis and Characterization of Schiff Bases of Ferrocenyl Chalcone Thiosemicarbazones and Their ComplexesThe thiosemicarbazones and their complexes have the widespread biological... |
