In the exploitation of Lu Liang oilfield, as result of deposit scales, the sections of stratum channels and pipelines are narrower and narrower, the capacity of equipments is lower, the cost of energy is increased, pipeline sometimes are cracked due to rise of pressure. These bring immense damages for natural production to oilfield. In allusion to the real facts of oilfield, this paper researches the mechanism and prediction technology of deposit scale in the production system of Lu Liang oilfield. The main aim of our research is to solute the real problem of the deposit scale in the system of Lu Liang oilfield, to increase the economic, technologic and social benefit of the design enterprise.Presently, from large numbers of cultural heritage data to see, formation of deposit is more complex, is affected by a lot of factors. So the deposit scale circomstance of oilfield is also diffrent. The predition thechnologies of deposit sclae are much more. Some of these are simple, but parts of factors are considered. Others are complex and apply to the spot. The conditions of application also are different. Many of work are not soluted in the research of predictint deposit scale place and time.This paper combines the problem and makes following work based on present condition of deposit scale in the system of Lu Liang oilfield.(1) This paper researches the deposit scale mechanism of Lu Liang oilfield. Though the local samples of scale and water of oilfield are analyzed by experiment, the samples of scale are mainly consisted of calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide and a small amount of ferrous sulfate, and the producing water contain lots of chloride ion, sodium bicarbonate, calcium ion and etc. many factors affecting deposit scale are particularly analyzed, which are thermodynamics, crystal dynamics, hydrodynamics, pressure of carbon dioxide, content of salt and acid alkalinity. For the production system of Lu Liang oil field, concentration of deposit scale ion is most factors. The factor of thermodynamics is taken second place, which affect the solubility of calcium carbonate and break the equation of dissolution. The pressure of carbon dioxide also is quite important, which affect that the equation reaction formula of ion go along whether or not the way of producing calcium carbonate scale. The effect of other factors is on the small side.(2) Many of domestic and foreign data on deposit scale are referred to and studied.
