The polymer-flooding and ASP flooding in EOR are submited as a new production technology for improving recovery efficiency of oil production.The polymer-flooding can improve recovery efficiency 10%,and Asp flooding 15%~20%.The EOR is a leap in the oil development technology, compareing with the secondary oil recovery,it improves the affected volume and efficiency of reservoir sweep,by the dbl-act of physics and chemistry.With theresearch and practice in past twenty years, chemical flooding of china has gone to lead the world in technology, scale, effect and so on.By the wide application of the EOR, the gathering and transportation pipeline have serious scaling and corrosion.The more the gathering and transportation pipeline have serious scaling,the more serious corrosion.It influences seriously the efficiency and ASP to further promote.So it is necessary that we research and appraise thefactors, corrosion mechanism, protective method of scaling and corrosion,when we popularize extensively the ASP.This dissertation determine the main Chemicals is alkali, surface-active agent and polymer,by researching the produced fluid and injected water's chemical analysis. For accurate analysis the chemical of ASP agent on the gathering pipeline scaling and corrosion,I have inspect the ion concentration changes with time of the single-adding alkali system, binary-complex system and three-complex system,and the variable law of the thin piece in that three systems, determine the effects the main chemical agen of scaling and corrosion .The results show that base for the impact of scaling and corrosion of the main factors, surfactant and polymer from the synergies.At the same time examine different temperatures (30℃, 45℃, 60℃, 70℃) the impact of scale and corrosion, to determine the scale and corrosion temperature is the main external factors, elevated temperature, into the dirt and the increases Corrosion rate.With the analysis rsult,I discuss the counter-measure for the corrosion protection and cathodic protection of buried pipeline,and point out the importance of corrosion protection and cathodic protection.Using the analysis method of FTIR,XRD,TG/DTA,AAS,SEM,XPS,it can signify the imitated dirt and corrosion products, confirms the formation and crystalline form of scaling and corrosion.The dirt mainly contain the carbonate, silicate and a little corrosion product,it indicates interacted,and makes a same conclusion compareed with before.By the reach,I have summarized major factor of affecting the scaling and corrosion in ASP system.It will make a far-reaching for the further development of ASP, perfecting scale control and antisepsis technology,improving the efficiency.
