Since mankind enter the industry ages, the science and technique get rapid development, which bring great convenience for Man's life. Meanwhile the environmental problems are also arisen increasingly. The environmental education rises gradually in 1960s and 1970s. Working hard continuously through several decades, the environmental education of the international community gets fast development. People's environmental consciousness strengthens increasingly. Nowadays the environmental character has become the one of the fundamental content of the character education in the new century. In our country, the environmental education in middle and primary school obtained a substantial development. But it developes slowly in trade school. In order to strengthen the students'environment consciousness, some methods were attempted in food subjects combined with their teaching characteristic. These methods were used in classroom teaching, experiment teaching and extracurricular activities. After more than one year, the student's environmental consciousness have improved greatly, and their knowledge, attitude, skill, evaluation and participation in environment are increased, which make them form sustained environmental view, correct environmental value and well environmental behavior.
