| Basing on a large number of literature investigation and literature systematization, the dormitory sanitary waste of Constituent Corporation of China Aluminum Industry of Shandong was made as object. The best processing parameters in the segments of sanitary waste handling system were studied and high quality industrial water was attained. Details were as following:(1) According to sanitary waste handling technology with practice situation, studying and designing the treating craft of sanitary waste handling system, analysising the technical characteristics and functions of this technology system, the best technological process of tertiary sewage treatment was determined. The quality of the treated water reached effluent standard of GB and it can be used as water coolant in commercial run.(2) Combining with new treatment technique ,aiming at the actual condition of the sanitary waste in our factory, activated sludge process was choosen as the primary treatment craft of sanitary waste. Domestication, culture of inoculation sludge and design of activated sludge handling system were studied.(3) Considering our actual conditions and comparing with three traditional sewage treatment processes and five new crafts, physicalchemistry technology Z coagulate method was choosen as secondary treatment process of sanitary waste. Adding purified water reagent and flocculation agent into advanced Zadmixer;deposition was formed after making them react with organic substance in the sewage. The optimal parameters were as following: in the sewage, the concentration of z purified water reagent was 60 ppm;the temperature was 40 °C;the treating time was 20 min;the concentration of z flocculation agent was 1.3 ppm;the temperature was 30 °C;the treating time was 13 min.(4) The method of chlorine dioxide disinfection was adopted as the third treating process. The best application conditions of chlorine dioxide were following: the concentration was 3mg/L;the temperature was 30°C -40°C. |
