The context of research called “Municipal solid waste sanitary landfill and its treatment process” is based on the development of urban economy and productivity, the sharp increase of urban domestic waste and the social contradictions which have become increasingly prominent. Combined with the practical application of the Northeast region, this article focus on comparative analysis to each step of the landfill treatment. After the application of this technology is widely spread in the future, it will has great significance to the natural environment, surrounded social environment, social benefit, economic benefit and so on.Combined with the construction of garbage dump, this article contains the survey of location, impervious material selection and processing technology about the landfill bottom slope and side slope, landfill’s drainage system, landfill leachate and its treatment as well as other aspects of the research.The high density polyethylene film(HDPE) is studied and the selection of impervious structure combines with the local soil conditions: the drainage system is composed of a flow guiding layer, a collecting channel, a porous collecting pipe, a collecting basin, a lifting porous pipe, a diving pump and a regulating pool, the landfill gas drainage system adopts the presence of the base and the side slope to set the air guide stone cage, the treatment process of leachate was selected by the pure membrane filtration process, namely, the DTRO process with second level.This paper presents the domestic advanced applied technology in our life on waste sanitary landfill and its processing(we should consider the impervious structure’s water seepage, anti-pollution, good physical and mechanical properties to prevent external damage, and also the anti-aging ability in northeast area; the DTRO process with second level has the characteristic of strong operation stability, adaption to the waste landfill site in different periods of water quality, lower operating costs.)...
