The cantilever stick vibrating screen has been greatly applied to solve the screening precision of sinter in blast furnace system, which has solved the problem of screen holes' jam and has great screening efficiency. Based on the little theory of the cantilever stick vibrating screen until now and depending on experiences in design, the author has settled the theories of the cantilever stick vibrating screen through applying traditional vibrating theories and ordinary vibrating screen theories on the basis of the comparing analysis between the cantilever stick vibrating screen and the ordinary vibrating screen, and has introduced virtual prototyping technology into vibrating screen design. The followings are contained in this thesis.1. On the basis of the cantilever stick vibrating screen' structure analysis and comparing this type screen with the ordinary vibrating screen, the author has set up the cantilever stick vibrating screen theories mainly comprising stick' second vibrating theory, material grain penetrating probability theory and material grain delaminating and penetrating theory through taking use of the theories in existence.2. Through the analysis of the material grain movement on the cantilever stick vibrating screen, the author has set up the tossing movement math models of the single granularity grains on vibrating screen mainly consisted of grains jumping times, screening efficiency, grains transportation speed and productivity. It validates the correctness and practicability through the compare between the experimentation data and the theory analysis.3. The author analyzed the development of the mechanical virtual prototyping technology and introduced the virtual prototyping technology into the design of the cantilever stick vibrating screen. He has set up the screen virtual prototype and carried the screen' kinematics and dynamics analysis. The virtual prototype has been validated through the compare to the fact design data and been modified constantly to get the most optimized prototype.
