Vibrating screen machine play an important role in mineral processing, coal washing,screening construction waste and other industries. Because of some advantages such as simplestructure, large capacity,and reliable operation, it occupy95%in the number of screeningequipment, having absolute advantage.Environmental protection and economical societydemands high quality、high performance、low energy and less pollution of new type ofvibrating screen machine.And the quality of the screening equipment, not only directlyrelated to effectively how to reduce the waste of resources and energy, but also directly affectthe economic efficiency improving of enterprises.So for a kind of new sieve extensionmechanism and the research and development of new models are the trend.In this paper, the new vibrating screen machine designed of multi-layer with manydegrees of freedom surface extension, combines the advantages of the traditional shakerextension and the new type screening machine, which is reasonable. Installation Angle, sievesurface inclination and trajectory, the strength of casting, the screen surface vibrationamplitude and other parameters are all coordinated. So the new vibrating screen machine hashigh screening efficiency and obvious screening effect.This topic take the new vibrating screen machine as the research object,use Pro/E andANSYS software to verify the rationality of the design of vibrating screen machine aftersimulation analysis.The main work includes the following contents:New type vibrating screen extension of inertial vibration theory, material in slidingsurface theory, vibration screening theory, theory of circular vibrating screen and thecalculation procedure of kinetic parameters of the inertial vibrating screen machine wereexpounded systematically in this paper, which provide theoretical basis for the design of thenew type of vibrating screen machine;New type of vibrating screen extension structure designand calculation for important components were made and the corresponding dynamicsimulation was done by Pro/E,which make preparations for subsequent dynamicssimulation;The modal analysis、 harmonic response analysis and transient analysis ofimportant components and complete machine were made, verifying that the new vibratingscreen extension structure is more reasonable and smooth operation;Contact collision theory and dynamic analysis method were applied to material drop collision analysis of the newvibrating screen machine, further proving the rationality of the new vibrating screen extensionstructure design and getting ready for the next stage the study material dynamic stochasticcharacteristics of particles on the sieve net.Finally, do the work summary, proposed the insufficiency and the further work.
