This article has introduced some related research works of recycling way waste plastic in our country and abroad. According to the technical data mastered, it can provide beneficial reference to plastic production and research in China by summarizing the technological evolution of domestic and overseas recycling plastics waste.In this article, old and useless disposal bags and PE waste as the mostly material. This article has studied the the shaping pressure of the plateform sulphurating machine, preheating time , shaping time , preheating temperature , cooling terms how to influence the properties of the samples, and the orthogonal texts were conducted to optimize the preparation parameters to find out the substitute of PE waste and the new technology of recycling ways about waste plastic.The result of the test indicates that the best shaping craft of the old and useless disposal bags is: preheating temperature: 155℃ , preheating time of mould : 8 minutes, shaping time :4 minutes , the shaping pressure :3MPa. The mechanical properties of the samples is the best under this condition , for 153 kg/cm~2 tensile strength and the bending strength is 276 kg/cm~2 . The result of drawing of patterns is best when the ratio of kaolin/water is 4:5 , under this condition the sample broke away mould from the coacervate(namely release agent) that the surface of the samples is smooth and has few defect to present.This thesis has been also confirmed the best shaping craft of the PE wastes: the shaping pressure : 3MPa, preheating temperature 160 ℃, shaping time :5min , preheating time of mould:8min, the mechanical properties of the samples is the best under this condition:for 123 kg/cm~2 tensile strength and the bending strength is 220 kg/cm~2 .It is 1.2 to1.8 that this article measures the range of shrinking rate of shaping material of hot pressing. The shrinking rate of line that this text examines belongs to shrink freely, but in fact it belongs to obstructing shrinking .In actual production , the worker should make maximum when the dimension of sampleis more bigger.
