To insure the safe of the industrial square's land of QiDong mining areas, we monitor some main constructions on it, in the light of the fact that the main constructions of some mines with the same geology conditions had been destroyed while its industrial square's land were subsiding.This paper explains the principles and the methods of deformation monitoring in detail, sets forth in detail the monitoring system of the industrial square's land of QiDong mining areas and its design, settling precision, monitoring means and dealing with monitoring data in advance.Contrasting some analysis methods, this paper uses the Grey System Theory to deal with the advanced monitoring data. By using built Grey Model, the good result has been acquired and the predicted data are identical with the monitoring ones. So we can use the model to predict the deformation of the industrial square's land of QiDong mining areas next time.
