| High-speed NC(Numerical Control) technology is one of the development trends of modem NC technology.Many technologies are involved in High-speed NC technology. High-speed CNC system is one of the key technologies of High-speed NC technology among them, which directly determines the control span of feedrate and track's precision in High-speed machining. But the research for High-speed CNC system is non-systematic in our country. In this thesis ,some technologies concerned with high-speed system are researched.The main study content of the article is as follows:1.Overview the development history of NC technology,analyse the main characteristics and development trends of modem NC technology,and according to the requirement for NC system of the High-speed machining,discuss the function characteristics and the key technologies of the High-speed CNC system.2.Set up a CNC system platform based on the structure of "PC+PMAC (motion control card)". Finished such work as its hardware apolegamy, electric system designing and installing and systematic software development ,etc.3.Study on the Look-ahead technology .especially focus on the compile technology for NC program, acceleration/deceleration control laws and feedrate prospect technology.4.Demonstrate the CNC system platform,validate the compile module for NC program and simulate the acceleration/deceleration control law. |
