Risk management of pressure pipelines consists of three parts: risk estimate, risk control and measure of risk. Risk estimate is risk managing base and core, its aims make use of piping running locale and historical data, pass through analyzing risk, finally diagnose to reduce fund of risk devotion together with improve on running method, according to acceptable rule, risk will be restricted in the acceptable level. Risk estimate involve qualitative risk estimate, quantitative risk estimate and half quantitative risk estimate. In the text, simple introduce qualitative risk estimate and half quantitative risk estimate, emphasizing introduce quantitative risk estimate, moreover introduce technique flow chart of quantitative risk estimate. Based on discussing corrosion feature of buried pipelines under the erosion environment , it is assumed that the depth of corrosion spot obeys limit distribution . Reliability analysis of pipelines subjected to pitting corrosion is proposed according to statistics distribution theory about limit minimum of random variable. In the paper then, maximum likelihood estimate methods(MLEs) of parameters α , β used Matlab software, furthermore Matlab calculate pipeline reliability. A example shows that the method is simple, reasonable.Separately analyze corrosived pressure pipelines by probability Stat, dark math and grey theory. Setting up relation of corrosive quantity and time of cor rosived pressure pipelines, setting up model of GM(1,1),and then carry through precise check up, finally study pressure piping reliability.In the text, introduce mostly disabled mode, reason and control of pressu re pipeline.
