Owing to the extraordinary performance, Metal oxide nano materials have the huge application potential in catalyst material , LBD, non-linear material and light-sensitive material. The manufacture of metal oxide will go into nano epoch in near future. In this thesis, we have investigated the synthesized methods, structures and properties of TiO2 ZrO2 nano materials as well as their nanocomposite. The main research results as following:(1) Preparation of Nanosized TiO2 and Their Photocatalytic ActivityNanosized TiO2 have been prepared by sol-gel and hydrothemeral method. Taking advantage of TEM SEM and XRD, we analysed their appearance composition and crystal phase. We discussed the influence of photocatalytic activity with differern temperature of heat treatment initiative concentration C0 and recycle. Meanwhile, we compared the photocatalytic activity with different ppearance composition and crystal phase.(2) Attapulgite load TiO2 Nanoparticle and Their Photocatalytic ActivityIn recent years, the use of attapulgite is get more and more recognition. As a carrier of TiO2 nanoparticle, there are many report in the world. Among the various method of preparation, we make use of soakage ones, namely, the attapulgite powder is introduced into fresh sol of TiO2, then adopt the technics of ging desiccation and calcining in which the TiO2 nanoparticle will grow develop and shape on the surface of the attapulgite powder. Furthermore, we have also study the photocatalytic activity of TiO2/At tapulgite reaction mechanism and others factors that affect its photocatalytic performance.(3) The Preparation of ZrO2 Nano-powders and Its Surface DecorationZrO2 nano-powders were prepared by method of chemical deposition. TEM and XRD were used to analyze the ZrO2. particles appearance composition and crystal phase. Electroless plating technique can beused to synthesize Ni-P coated nano ZrO2 powders by one-step palladium catalysis. The particles morphology and composition were characterized. The result displayed that the composite nano-powders with low phosphorus alloy maintain the nano-size and there is not serious conglobation. The magnetic properties of the samples were measured.
