In this paper,the agglomeration of polymer butadiene latex being caused by a , B -unsaturated carboxylate latex is studied,the particle diameter of polymer butadiene latex was agglutinated from 170nm~180mn to300nm~330nm..The agglutinant is made of crylicbutanoate and crylic acid by latex aggregation. Changing the proportion of crylicbutanote and crylic acid, the agglutinat is made.It is studied the particle diameter of polymer butadiene latex is effected of dissimilar agglutinant.The condition of agglomeration is researched ,including the quantity of agglutinant and surface active agent ,the reaction temperature, the rate of stirrer and ect. The industrial experiments are done basing on the date of lab.It is studied the graft reaction of agglutinated latex.The capability of latex is influenced by the PH,reaction temperature ,the quantity and kind of emulsion.
