For the solder extrusion , the flat die and longer of finish size belt would get sound product. This conclusion is different from other non-ferrous materials.The low dregs solder may be insurable by the cast technology of strengthen cooling and casting layer by large. The dregs rate of solder may be reduced by finish rolling. Not only the flatness and surface smooth finish of produce may be improved but also some defect of extrusion may be repaired.Through the process technology controlling, the produce line could provide the low slugs and anti-oxide solder, which is satisfied the production standard. As this produce line, the productivity reaches 1000 tons/year and the profit reaches 3.2 millions RMB/year.
