This dissertation is about the studying of produce and Technical for the low dregs solder process. By the technical principal analysis of smelt refining casting ,extrusion and finish rolling .The cause of quality defect of every procedure is got. This dissertation give the technical measure to guarantee the procedure quality and give the numerical simulation solve of the extrusion.Experiment studying by difference die angle and finish size belt, the conclusion is as follows. For the solder extrusion , the flat die and longer of finish size belt would get sound product. This conclusion is different from other non-ferrous materials.The low dregs solder may be insurable by the cast technology of strengthen cooling and casting layer by large. The dregs rate of solder may be reduced by finish rolling. Not only the flatness and surface smooth finish of produce may be improved but also some defect of extrusion may be repaired.Through the process technology controlling, the produce line could provide the low slugs and anti-oxide solder, which is satisfied the production standard. As this produce line, the productivity reaches 1000 tons/year and the profit reaches 3.2 millions RMB/year. The development of this produce line have explored a way for the deeply process product of tin , and will satisfy the requirement of home market. All of this will be doing of Yunnan Tin Corporation.
