Based on many references and information on the development and improvement of mining and filling, this paper selected Mechanized Panel Slicing Filling Mining (MPSFM) as its own research object, which has been widely adopted in Fankou Lead and Zinc Mine , and then established numerical model of production capacity of its stope within three main working procedures efficiencies such as drilling, withdrawing and filling, as well as other factors are quantities and specific gravity of ore in the stope. For a certain mining stope, the production capacity of stope would have its own maximum value and its function was expressed as follows:1/f(xi)=k1+k2/xi.Analysis and research show that the working efficiencies of the main procedures of mining, loading and filling were the main effective factors, and then each working procedure must be kept balance in the mining practice.Analysis and research of fill materials' physical properties and pipeline transportation properties showed that particle sizes of total tailing were very fine and its coefficient of permeability was a bit low. On the contrary, particle sizes of rod milling sand were bigger, but its filling cost was high, its pipeline filling time was small and easy to be blocked in transportation. Therefore, total tailing and rod milling sand were not suitable to be non-cemented filling material respectively for MPSFM. This project showed that mixture of total tailing and rod milling sand in the ratio of 0.2 to 0.4 could be suitable as non-cemented filling material in MPSFM, which may be adopted in substrate filling , and then would save a good deal of cement and decrease its filling cost.Referring to theory of elastics and plastics, this paper analyzed road surface for trackless equipments. According to the demands of drilling carrier and HLD working or running on surface filling respectively in different curing date, its strength were designed as follows: R3>1.7Mpa and R7>2.7~3.2Mpa. Bigger or heavier the trackless equipments are, higher the required strengths of surface filling are. But the strength wouldreduce if the depth of surface filling became bigger. After all factors were synthesized, suitable filling parameters for surface filling were determined in the following that slurry density was about 70% and the ration of filling materials was: rod milling sand: total tailing sand: cement= 10:2:3.For the existing trackless equipments of Fankou Lead and Zinc Mine, the proper filling efficiency should be 150~250m3/d as the length of the stope of MPSFM was 10~20m.. Surely, the efficiency would increase to 300~450m3/d or more than 500m3/d if the length increased to 30~50m or even to 60m.
