| According to the original lane filling mining geological and mining technical conditions,in the laboratory on the basis of research on packing material mechanical properties,which use computer numerical simulation and field measurement comprehensive research methods, show that contrast on the original lane roadway filling with the traditional extraction roadway of abutment pressure and working face under the condition of different velocity of abutment pressure are studied and conduct the thorough research to the mechanization of the original lane filling mining technique.Research shows that:filling of roadway surrounding rock stress redistribute and the abutment pressure ahead of roadway is small and stability, especially filling roadway roof subsidence ahead is smaller than traditional extraction roadway, it benefit to the implementation mechanization technology; adopting the mechanized process of improve coal mining filling speed, the abutment pressure ahead of roadway is lesser, and roadway damage range is small, it benefit face fast and efficient;create a "mechanized molding box and mechanized hydraulic filling the movable support of form a complete set" as the core, in order to "automatic feeding machine and automatic batching system of focusing on the mining face with "compressors" matching combination of mechanization of the original lane filling mining method. Improve the mechanization of the original lane filling scheme and independent research and development the mechanized molding box filling,mechanized hydraulic support, manipulator, automatic unpacking unloading machine, automatic batching device, innovation of new technology on filling in coal mining mechanization of the original lane. This research results for the application of the original lane filling technology provides the reliable theory basis. |
