This paper introduces the distribution and present exploitation situation of domestic and external titanium resource. And aiming at the problem of dry system of minute particle titanium in Panzhihua Titanium Concentrating Plant, developed the drying technology of aerated vibrated fluidized bed with internal heat-exchange tubes for the minute particles of titanium. From the experiment of laboratory, found out the rule of the heat transfer coefficients with the velocity, frequency and amplitude of vibration. According the technological parameters, designed a pilot equipment. And further verified the adaptability of the drying technology of aerated vibrated fluidized bed with internal heat-exchange tubes for the minute particles of titanium. On the basis of the pilot experiments, evaluated the economy of the industrial dry equipment by means of the estimated index. The research has a very important economic significance for reformation of the dry system of minute titanium particles of Panzhihua Titanium Concentrating Plant as the fuel with solid coal.
