Vibrated fluided bed is a new bed to which vibration energy is introduced. Compared with ordinary fluidied bed, it has a lot of advantage, such as reducing initial fluidied velocity and pressure drop, improving beds uniformity and stability and so on. So it has extensive application prospect in a lot of fields, such as particle separation and granular dry. Therefore, reserch of gas-solid two phase flow characteristics of vibrated fluided bed has very vital significace on the design of vibrated bed.Basing on the theory model, the empirical formula calculation and numerical simulation, we analysis and research the influence of fluidization of the bed layer affected by the vibration, gas velocity, grain size and so on. First of all, basing on the double fluid model, we set up the theory model of vibrated fluidized bed, and take simulating solid as fluid into account. Secondly, the method of numerical simulation includes dividing the net, dispersing the equation, defining the boundary condition in model, and choosing FLUENT to simulate the gas-solid two phase flow characteristic in vibrated fluidized bed. Finally, we got the results of the numerical simulation by using FLUENT software and analyzed the results.Through numerical simulation results, we can find:The vibration has remarkable influence on the fluidization of gas-solid two phase flow in fluidied bed. Introducing vibration can reduce the disturbance of the bed layer, make the bed layer homogeneous and steady, In the paper, considering the situation of no vibration, low frequency and proper frequency to analysis the vibrated fluidization in the same flow speeed conditions, we can obviously find that the introduce of vibration can reduce the fluctuations of the bed layer, make the lignite particles well-distributed. At the same time, due to the inroduction of the vibration energy, the velocity of lignite particles is getting bigger and the the bed layer is getting higher. Along with the increase of gas velocity, the influence of homogenization of the bed layer affected by the vibration is reduced. The situation can explain that gas velocity in the bed layer of vibrated fluidized bed is inversely proportional to the homogenization of the bed layer. And by comparing the numerical results of different grain size, it is not difficult to find that the smaller the grain size, the better the fluidization of the bed layer of the vibrated fluidized bed.
