With the emergence of environmental problems frequently, it has seriously affected people’s normal life, work and endangered people’s health. According to the research, that the main aspects of environmental problems is from industrial pollution. Industrial pollution including many aspects, such as water pollution, air pollution, soil erosion and so on. In order to protect the human survival environment, it is extremely urgent to solving the problem of industrial pollution.In order to carrying out the sustainable development strategy in this paper, we optimize general layout & transportation for industrial enterprise from the perspective of ecological environment protection, break the situation in this stage that too little attention is focused on environmental protection when we are working in general layout & transportation and propose practical methods to solve the problem of industrial pollution.Based on analysis of the existing domestic and international research, this article focus on general layout & transportation evaluation optimization and the site leveling optimization, to make optimization of general layout & transportation for industrial enterprise from the perspective of ecological environment protection.1) Industrial enterprises general layout evaluation based on ecologicalization and rationalization of production material transportation.Through the analysis of energy consumption and pollution emissions of production material transportation, this article quantify energy consumption and pollution emissions of production production material transportation in general layout project, and improve the evaluation system of environmental indicators. This paper evaluate general layout project based on entropy-composite element model, and assure preferred project results under the premise of the design requirements, in order to protect the ecological environment in the greatest degree.2) General layout & transportation optimization for industrial enterprise based on ecological and environmental protection.As we all know, general layout & transportion bring in a variety of the ecological environment adverse effects. Based on analysis of it, this paper put forward a series of optimization methods about the location of polluting sources and transportation of production material from the perspective of environmental protection. We determine the location of polluting sources firstly, then draw pollutants concentration graphs, and optimize placement of other buildings, structures, equipment and facilities, so as to reduce the negative environmental impact of the location of polluting sources and protect factory ecological environment. This article is mainly from three-pronged: transport mode, transport routes and facilities layout to optimize the production material transportation. We establish the optimization model based on the ecological environmental protection, in order to reduce the ecological environment adverse effects of the transportation of production material.3) Site leveling optimization for industrial enterprise based on ecological and environmental protection.Based on the exising research of determining site elevation, this paper establish a computational model to determine the natural terrain microbe damage amount of site leveling, taking into account earthwork balance and the smaller earthwork requirements. Then we use genetic algorithms to solve the model, that we can obtain the best site elevation and slope under the condition of the minimum amount of microbial damage. Therefore, it can achieve the target that make site leveling ecological and reasonable.This paper optimize the design of general layout & transportation for industrial enterprise based on ecological and environmental protection. It can lay a theoretical foundation that enterprise economic, social and environmental benefits upgrade together, and optimize the design of general layout & transportation from a new perspective, and explore new ideas for solving the industrial environmental pollution. We verify the theory which has refenence value for engineering practice, though combining with examples of calculation. In short, this article has certain research value.
