The operation of power system’s security and reliability concerns the national economy in all respects,among which the operation of electrical substation’s security and reliability is the most important. The operation of power system and the electrical substation require to safeguard the security of the equipment and the personnel,and the safety tool of electrical substation is one of the most significant implementation to secure the personal security of the operation and maintenance staff. Therefore,strengthening the supervision and usage of safety tool aims to improve the corresponding management,eliminate the potential safety hazard at the maximum extent,avoid the occurrence of safety accidents and ensure the security operation.Therefore,the dissertation based on the Guangnan and Ruibao substation which belong to Guangzhou power supply bureau, research the management of the safety tools. discusses how to guarantee the safety of fixing in good condition,quantity of technology use full specified amount,specifications,process management automation tools,to realize remote automatic on-line substation safety supervision is studied. First,thing networking technology on and analyzed its RFID technology in power system, and its application in communication mode and realization principle and system security discussed.After research the safety of Guangzhou electric power supply bureau in types and management tools hidden deep analysis. This dissertation proposed based on content networking technologies security tools supervision system. This system mainly consists of electronic tag, electronic automatic identification devices, servers and monitor computer. Accomplish the identity of the complete logo, state recognition, data processing and management monitoring. Systems use content networking RFID technology acquisition equipment information, through the communication system, database and system software, realize the security of online management tools. System apply in Guangzhou power supply bureau the subordinate two substations, the effect is good and achieve the desired goals.The insulation performance and aging process of safety tools relation to its storage environment temperature and humidity. For this, dissertation proposed a safety tools storage environment temperature monitoring scheme which based on IOT. Design a new can integrate with the temperature monitoring system fixing safety surveillance system. This system is divided into temperature labels, according to their function, reading and writing implement three parts repeater. System can real-time collect, record and send target temperature data, timely alarm, monitor the instrument room temperature.The full implementation of the security in Guangzhou power supply bureau of upgrading the tools online supervision during the safety of different manufacturers to tools supervision system in scope, the term definition, conditions of use, model and basic parameters, basic function and technological condition, electrical and safety performance requirements, inspection rule and test method, mark, packing and shipping technological standard, but not specifically targeted at home and abroad, this system and the technical standards and technical standard, so this dissertation analyses the definition, has developed a set of relatively complete for the safety of power supply bureau of Guangzhou tools monitoring systems recommend technical specifications.
