Often being used as a precursor to region or warning area in global environment change research, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau has a very important significance for monitoring and research. Taking a very special place in ecological security and sustainable development of the Chinese nation and the human environment, therefore, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau environmental monitoring and protection needs to improve the strategic level of national ecological security, to be deeply concerned about. Wireless sensor network technology test and demonstration application in Lalu Wetland ecological environment monitoring is of great significance in scientific and effective protection of wetland ecological environment in Tibet, promoting the protection of the Tibetan plateau ecological environment, constructing of the Tibetan plateau national ecological security barrier, and achieving the harmony of economic development and the environmental protection. This thesis conducted a in-depth study of the following two aspects:(1) Wireless sensor network topology and connectivity monitoring platform include the adjacency matrix of wireless sensor network topology, the reproduce of target network topology, the forming process of Zig Bee network, the acquisition of Zig Bee network connectivity, the design of the monitoring platform, and the experimental results of monitoring platform.(2) The Lalu wetland ecological environmental wireless sensor network monitoring system design objectives and requirements, system equipment and technical specifications, demonstration systems, system design principles and system development process, the development process includes the initial configuration of the development board module, the initial configuration of the sensor module, UI and sensor data read display and serial transmission, the write and test of the PC serial port software and overall test and debugging. According to the comparison analysis of the interface presented results of the sensor transmission and the data of Lhasa Meteorological Bureau and Lalu artificial wetland monitoring and recording, it helps conclude the accuracy and the need to adjustment and improvement of this developed monitoring system.Wireless sensor network topology and connectivity monitoring platform complete the real-time access to dynamically changing network topology connectivity by the monitoring platform. The development Lalu wetland ecological environment wireless sensor network monitoring system can improve the finesse and real degree of wetland environment monitoring, reduce the degree of human intervention tedious, form a multi-level, multi-parameter, real-time, sophisticated environmental monitoring network.
