Study On Purification Of The Fuel Gas Of Municipal Solid Waste Gasification Power Generation

Along with advance of environmental protection, more and more attention are paid to municipal waste resourceful utilization. Gasification power generation technology is an alternative technology of waste incineration has many advantages, such as high carbon conversion rate and no dioxin emission. In order to guarantee the security of gas-turbine, it is essential to separate particulate matters, acid gas, mechanical water and so on to ensure that the gas is qualified.In view of the composition of waste gasification gas is complicated, contains a variety of acid gas and many fine particle sizes, so as to put forward a new technology which using wet electrostatic precipitator to purify the gas. It can remove fine particulate matters collaborative removing acid gas at the same time. Based on the static discharge experiment within the small electrostatic precipitator using waste gasification gas, discovered the regular of corona discharge. Then explored the influence of adding Na OH solution into spray system of the WESP. Finally two kinds of acid gases’ absorption experiment were carried out, it has concluded the impact of liquid-gas ratio, the concentration of Na OH, the velocity of electri field and the size of droplet to acid gas removal efficiency. The results show that(1) The mixture of gasification can build corona discharge in the electrostatic precipitator, and it can be used in purifying the special mixture.(2) Adding Na OH solution can decrease corona onset voltage and spark discharge voltage, enhance secondary current under the same secondary voltage. But the effect is relatively weak, can be neglected.(3) The global efficiency of HCl is better than H2 S. The removal efficiency of the acid gas are increased with higher liquid-gas ratio increase and Na OH mass concentration, and decreased with the faster of air velocity and the size of droplet.Make use of wet electrostatic precipitator to purify the gasification power generation fuel gas opened up a new idea of gas purification. This approach can remove acid gas and get rid of the fine particulate matters in the meantime. This technology can give full play to the comprehensive utilization of the efficiency of wet electrostatic precipitator, and brief technology process, economize the cost of operation.
