Based on the investigation and analysis of the geological parameters of slope of Nafen open pit mine, the risk zonation of stope slope achieves the results of qualitative analysis by using fuzzy mathematical comprehensive evaluation method, which predicts slope stability. The data of slope geological survey is processed and analyst indoor by using 3D visualization analysis of Arc GIS and Dips. In order to realize the 3D visualization of the risk zonation of stope slope in Na Fen open-pit iron mine, the difference of discrete variables of disasters units are counted as continuous variables,which is based on Arc GIS and the results of slope danger division. Eventually, the newest map of the risk zonation of stope slope has gotten. Based on the system investigation of north mountain, the lower plate and the hanging plate of Nan Fen open-pit iron mine, it has founded significant joint 147, weak layer and interlayer 98, significantly more than medium-sized landslide 22, dangerous rock body56, spot small dike structure 3, gully article 41.In accordance with the extremely dangerous, dangerous, stable and stable level,it is divided into 4 regions, and 35 sub district: among them, very dangerous area is divided into 11 sub areas, accounting for 9.15% of the total area, danger zone is refined into 10 sub regions, accounting for 14.17% of the total area, secondary stable area is divided into 9 sub region, accounting for 20.01% of the total area, stability region is divided into 5 sub areas account for 56.67% of the total area. Each region is produced a slope corresponding solutions.
