Since May 1,2011, Shaanxi Province has impleted the “Yellow River Basin(Shaanxi Section) Integrated Wastewater Discharge Section”(GB61/224-2011),the standard clearly states that the drainage of centralized sewage treatment shoud execute the level1 A standards of GB18918.To complete the new standards,it is necessary for Baoji shilipu sewage treatment plant transformate its pross,this subject is made to study the transformation,in order to seek an advanced technology,ecomomic and reasonable rehabilitation program.First,we researched the status of Baoji shilipu sewage treatment plant,then,we measured the water quality of the in and out sewage water,compared it with the designed parameter,getting that the parameter is reasonable and reliable.Next,we check the sewage water treatment capacity,including the oxygen amount,the BOD sludge load,TN sludge loud,the volume of SBR tank,the results showed that the parameters are all meet the requirements except for the oxygen amount.The upgrading of Baoji shilipu sewage treatment plant focus on the NH3-N,TN,SS and TP parametes.The NH3-N and TN are upgraded by optimizing biological treatment.The SS and TP are upgraded by conducting of an depth treatment system.Transformation of biochemical systems include: ① Adjust the SBR tank operating conditions:each cell cycle runs from 4h to 6h,which feed 1.5h(forebay and main bank shoud be stirred).Aeration lasts 2.5h, precipitation lasts 0.5h,decanter lasts 1.5h.Filling water into a 0.28 ratio by 0.2.②Add a blower,to improve aeration and changing the aging tube diffusers to disc ones.③Increase electric devices to SBR tank water gate,add buoy mixer to reaction zone.④Add a return pump to the last part of reaction tank,make the refux ratio to 150%,to strengthen the capacity of denitrification in the front part of the SBR tank during the water influting time.⑤Increase a carbon house, we choose to use it,when the nitrogen ratio of influent is at a low dosage,we use Sodium acetate as an additional carbon source.We choose coagulation-sedimentation-filtration as the depth treatment transformation project.Using an efficient clarifier to further remove pollutant load in wastewater,such as BOD5,COD,TN, TP,ect,at the same time,making sure that the water before filting is under 10 NTU.The process is implemented by chemicals.Building a turntable fiber filter to make the SS to leval 1A standard.Otherwise,build a contact disinfectin tank and a dosing house.
