Currently,compared with municipal wastewater which can reused by existing mature technology,Industrial process water merely defines reuse rate(the ratio of recycling water and reused water with the total number of water).It totally deviate from the target of achieving virtuous cycle of wastewater.Biochemistry effluent of Shangyu Hangzhou Bay Industrial Park sewage treatment plant as subjects,we take a deep study about wastewater treatment and reuse technology in this research.The study includes:proposed the reuse water standards for industrial park and the method of analysis of the indicators through the analysis of the existing waste water reuse standard;Choose the best electrode material;study the impact of flow conditions on pollutant removal and adjust the optimum crafts conditions according to the experimental results;inspect bactericidal effect of system.The experiment results show that using Ti/PbO2 as anode and steel as cathode in the new experimental designed plug flow reactor,under the condition that current density is 5 mA/cm2,electrode spacing is 20mm and pH value equal the value of the original biological effluent,CODcr and color removal rate reach 87.05%and 95.28%after 60min's electrolysis.In addition,the electrochemical safe sterilization techniques can effectively remove harmful microbes in the water.Thus effluent water achieves the reuse standards.At the same time,this article also evaluated the current efficiency and energy efficiency in electrochemical process under optimum conditions.Under the condition that current density is 5 mA/cm2,electrode spacing is 20mm and electrolysis time is 60minutes,the unit time CODcr removal is 1.47%?6.30%and the desired unit energy consumption of pollutants is 0.0078?0.1423 kWh.besides they are negatively correlated.Taking.annual processing capacity of 360,000 tons of the park wastewater treatment project of Shangyu Hangzhou BayDevelopment Co.,Ltd as an example,we can save 0.756 million yuan for enterprises every year from statistics of three aspects of electricity,labor management fees,the annual water savings.In addition,annual CODcr and ammonia reduction can achieve32.4 tons and 6,1 tons.In summary,this study provides the theoretical basis and technical support for electrochemical techniques of depth treatment of toxic industrial waste water.
