The construction of sewage treatment plant is in the stage of rapid development in China,but sewage treatment plant in the process and control has shown deficiencies compared with the increasing water volume and complex water quality.In this paper,the design of intelligent sewage treatment plant and biochemical treatment manager system is completed through the field investigation of the control status of a large number of urban sewage treatment plants and more than a year of field experiments.The design incorporates concepts such as "Internet of things" and "environmental stewardship",including both the integration of existing technologies and the exploration and experiment of new models,so as to ultimately achieve the goal of improving the level of intelligent management and control of urban sewage treatment plants.Architecture design of smart sewage treatment plant: first,take the urban sewage treatment plant in liaoning province as an example to investigate the current situation of operation and control;Then,through literature review,the advanced technology at home and abroad is understood,and the current situation of the operation and control of China's urban sewage treatment plants and their deficiencies are clarified.Finally,the architecture design of the intelligent sewage treatment plant was completed by referring to the research results at home and abroad and the previous research results of this research group.The architecture of intelligent sewage treatment plant is composed of six modules: operation supervision module,equipment supervision module,laboratory supervision module,information management module,intelligent control module and housekeeping APP.The housekeeper APP is an important part of the architecture design of intelligent sewage treatment plant,which can realize the interaction between the automatic control system and the manual operation with the help of wireless Internet technology.This paper makes clear the goal and principle of butler APP design,and completes the display design and operation design.Design of biochemical treatment steward system: biochemical treatment butler system is an important part of intelligent sewage treatment plant,its implementation will greatly improve the level of intelligent sewage treatment plant,the response process is: information perception layer-network communication layer-information storage layer-core knowledge layer-intelligent application layer.Among them,"core knowledge layer" is the embodiment of wisdom,with knowledge-driven,self-maintenance,simulation and optimization capabilities.Finally,the ultimate learning machine(ELM)was applied to the "core knowledge layer" in this study.Through the experiment,the optimal control of the internal and external reflux ratio of AAO process sewage treatment plant is realized,and the feasibility of applying the ultimate learning machine to thebiochemical treatment manager system is proved.
