| This paper has expressed the research status and development tendency of hydraulic impactor, it has also introduced the hydraulic impactor ’s advantages and disadvantages and its applicable occasions. In order to use different hydraulic impactors to solve the problem which appears in the process of drilling called “stuck-slipâ€, finding out that the work efficiency of traditional hydraulic impactors cannot meet the requirements. After looking up a large number of domestic and foreign patents and literatures, combing with many kinds of domestic and foreign hydraulic impactors’ work performance and application parameters, ultimately selected TorkBuster type torsion impact apparatus as the object of study. Based on the structure of the type torsion impact apparatus, after considering the three parts consist of the flow distributor,power driving part and driving transmission part. Finally the power driving part was decided to regard as the breakthrough point. Besides, circular motion driving device was simplified and the drive device of linear motion established. What is more, a three-dimensional model of drive device was designed by 3D drawing software. Using organic glass plate as the material and transforming three-dimensional model to 2D entity by a slicing method, the organic glass plate was glued together to form a physical model.This paper has adopted a research method of the combination of theory and experiment. Firstly, based on the Bernoulli equation, deduced the nonlinear fluid equations. Then, chosen the drive device of linear motion for the prototype, found out the relationship among flow Q, water pressure1 p, the force of Slide F, model size L and the relationship among flow Q, impact frequency f, Hydraulic starting timeqt. Besides, the influence of each parameter on the motion simulation was analyzed with MATLAB software. Secondly, the experimental platform was set up and a plurality of groups of experimental data was measured. Finally, the theoretical results and experimental data were made up for comparative analysis, in order to draw the preliminary conclusion.The deep relationship between flow, size, frequency, pressure was found. A pressure type derived factors analysis and parameter equations of impact will provide theoretical basis for structure design of fluidic element device and hydraulic starting. It can also provide reference data for the selection of parameters of power fluid. |
