As a supporting-roled energy industry in last century and today’s era, oil and gas industry has an irreplaceable position within the time limit for the foreseeable future. As the consumption increasing, most of the domestic mining of oil and gas wells come into the high-input, low-output mid and late period. Exploitation of low permeability wells becomes more and more difficult, it is not optimistic for special low permeability wells. How to make oil and gas exploration can stick high speed, high recovery and low-input parallel state, further digging efficiency of various reservoirs, especially in complex reservoir with difficult conditions is increasingly valued.Within this industry, according to the traditional practices, in order to achieve the purpose of increasing production, mandatory engineered for the reservoir by using increase yield and injection means such as artificial water fracturing. By hydraulic fracturing we can achieve improved flow conditions with near-wellbore enhance oil and gas production capacity. Thus the development of the oil and gas industry is in great need for hydraulic fracturing technology with widely used and in-depth research.The string and supporting tools is the subject of fracturing in fracturing operations, it determine the effectiveness of the construction. The overall design of the fracturing process is related to the feasibility of fracturing and the input-output ratio, worthy of further study.For the content of this research, on the basis of the review of the relevant research literature in this topic at home and abroad, Firstly a brief introduction is given of fracturing string about the domestic and foreign status of research conducted abroad. Development from the hardships, the status quo mixed. This paper focus on research for the fracturing string, by the use of traditional mechanical analysis, the fracturing string of triaxial stress state is first studied, Then the research for fracturing string for strength analysis is conducted and safety check are carried out. On the basis of to the results of previous studies, the fourth chapter comparative analysis the factors in relationship with column axial deformation, also,we comprehensively study about the axial deformation of fracturing string under the five basic effect. In this way,we get the calculation results of deformation for different basic effects and provided validation and calculation the foregoing calculation model.Final, from a global perspective of the fracturing process, by using specific parameters of virtual well conditions, we design a fracturing process for analog wells based fracturing design software. It can provide a reference for the actual fracturing operations. |
