Firstly,5 kinds of super absorption polymer (SAP) were screened, which were producted via Aqueous Solution Polymerization and Inverse Suspension Polymerization. The saturated liquid and liquid holdup amount, pressurized absorption amount, pH, absorption speed, etc were tested in the liquid of NaCl mass concentration was respectively 0.9%,1.1%,1.3%. The results showed that the pH of 5 kinds SAP were all between 6.78 and 6.88, among them, the saturated liquid and liquid holdup amount, pressurized absorption amount, absorption speed of 5# SAP producted by Inverse Suspension Polymerization were better than others producted by Aqueous Solution Polymerization.Secondly, fluff pulp and 5# SAP were used as absorption materials to prepared different mass ratio composite core layer. The pH, absorption speed, rewet, topsheet run-off, diffusion length and the effect by microorganism of the disposal diapers were studied. The results showed that with the SAP mass ratio in the core layer increased, the absorption rate increased, pH increased slightly. With the NaCl solution added increased, the absorption speed decreased, the rewet and topsheet run-off increased. When the proportion of SAP and fluff pulp was 50%:50%, the absorption rate was 35.23 g/g, the average absorption speed was 3.96 mL/s, the rewet was 5.29 g, the topsheet run-off was 13.25 g, the longest diffusion length was 25.4 cm, the microbiological indicator accorded with GB 15979-2002 government standard.Thirdly, the "Sandwich-liked" composite absorption core layer was designed and prepared. The structure of the core layer from the surface to the bottom was respectively absorbent paper, SAP, fuzziness cloth, SAP, absorbent paper. And the rewet, absorption speed, thickness, surface evenness pictures after absorbed liquid, diffusion length, topsheet run-off and the effect by microorganism of the disposal diapers were studied. The results showed that the thickness of disposal diapers with "Sandwich-liked" composite absorption core layer was 2.48 mm, which was thinner 40.95% than SAP/fluff pulp composite absorption core layer disposal diapers, the average absorption speed was 3.96 mL/s. When the volume of added NaCl solution was 200 mL, the rewet was 13.55 g, the diffusion length was 23.0 cm, the surface was smooth after absorbed large amount of liquid, the microbiological indicator was up to the mustard.Lastly, the improved "Sandwich-liked" composite absorption core layer was designed and prepared. The structure of the core layer from the surface to the bottom was respectively absorbent paper, SAP, absorbent paper, fuzziness cloth, SAP and fluff pulp. And the rewet, absorption speed, thickness, surface evenness pictures after absorbed liquid, diffusion length, topsheet run-off and the effect by microorganism of the disposal diapers were studied. The results showed that the thickness of disposal diapers with improved "Sandwich-liked" composite absorption core layer was 3.66 mm, the average absorption speed was 4.62 mL/s, the rewet was 8.67 6g, the surface was smooth after absorbed large amount of liquid, the longest diffusion length was 24.5 cm, the topsheet run-off was 2.1 g, the microbiological indicator was up to the mustard. Above all, the comprehensive properties of improved "Sandwich-liked" composite absorption core layer disposal diaper were excellent.
