In the drilling process,especially in the new and complicated geosphere,the processes is accompanied by some possibilities of engineering accidents at any time for engineering accident is the biggest hidden danger which threatens the safety of drilling,easily causing a huge waste of both money and time.So, a certain alarm or warning at the early stage plays a vital role in the prevention of the coming accident and the loss.However,due to various reasons,some technical problems like the accuracy of judgement do exist in this forecasting technology.This thesis is aimed at both the exploration of forecasting technology for the compound mud logging engineering and rapid, timely and accurate forecast of abnormal drilling accident by utilizing the compound logging parameters as research object. The main contents are as follows:Causes of common drilling engineering accidents and research on superficial characteristics: Types of common abnormal drilling engineering accidents,the causes,the features of various changes of technical parameters are analyzed.Analysis of the relationship between compound mud logging and abnormal drilling accidents: The thesis presents the developing process and the types of the compound mud logging technology and the function it has in the exploration of oil and gas; analyzeing the relationship between compound mud logging and abnormal drilling accidents,describing the response characteristics of different types of the abnormal drilling accidents in the compound mud logging technology; Some compound mud logging which reflecs the information of the abnormal drilling accidents.Forecasting technology of abnormal drilling accidents:On the basis of of characteristic information of compound mud logging, varied forecasting plans of abnormal accidents are designed, then forming the compound mud logging engineering.Exploration of forecasting system of the compound mud logging engineering: The thesis proposes the concept of risk index,establishes its computational model,compiles the abnormal forecasting system and verifies its availability. |
