Basic Experiences Of China’s Ecological Civil Construction

Since the reform and opening, China’s increasingly concerned environmental problems. Along with 40 years’ efforts, our understanding of ecological civilization experienced a long process of transformation. From the course of ecological civil construction view, there was not only a wealth of experiences, which we have to summarize and heritage systematically, also many lessons which we should absorb the essence and make improve, so that ultimately promote the development of ecological civil construction. This article is based on this, summing up the courses and the basic experiences, in order to provide a solid theoretical foundation for the development of ecological civilization.The first chapter:Introduction. Clarify the background and significance; define the concepts of ecological civilization; overview the current researches; propose research ideas and methods.The second chapter:Comb the courses of ecological civil construction. This chapter outlines the main courses of ecological civil construction, generally speaking, a total of three stages:the initial stage of budding, forming the foundation stage and in-depth development stage.The third chapter:Analyze the current situation of ecological civil construction. Clarify the achievements and difficulties faced by the construction of ecological civilization, and systematically analyze the current situation of the ecological civil construction, to lay a solid foundation for the later summing up the basic experiences.The fourth chapter:Summarize the basic experiences of the ecological civil construction. This chapter is the core part of the paper, which summarizes six basic experiences:first, go the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics; second, coordinate with "four buildings"; third, focus on the practices of ecological civil construction; fourth, strengthen the innovation of ecological civil system; fifth, steady the main forces of the ecological civilization; sixth, reinforce the international ecological civilization exchanges and cooperation.
