| Coal is the main energy source in China’s one-time energy.The mining of coal mainly relies on coal mining enterprises,and a reasonable coal mine enterprise general plan transportation plan can reduce the production cost of coal enterprises and improve their production efficiency.Therefore,it is very important to choose an optimal master plan transportation plan.In this paper,the preliminary stage of the design of the transportation plan of the coal enterprise is taken as the research object.Starting from the basic concept of the general plan transportation design,the characteristics and application principles of the general layout of the coal industry site and the vertical arrangement of the site are expounded.The paper analyzes the main factors affecting the general layout of the coal industry site,and based on this theory,proposes an index system framework based on the analysis of the total factor of the impact area,and defines two areas of influence by region and degree.The concept of the indicator system of the whole factor,and how to select the "all elements",elaborated the steps of constructing the indicator system based on the full elements of the scope of influence.Under this framework,mathematical models such as AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are applied to evaluate the general plan of coal enterprises.Finally,the paper takes the general plan comparison of Hujiata Coal Mine as an example,and analyzes the evaluation method of the general plan of the coal enterprise based on the total factor analysis method of the impact area,which proves that the method is feasible and operable. |
