Along with the environment and energy problem increasingly prominent, energy conservation and environmental protection, renewable resources attracted more and more people’s attention. Sugarcane belongs to straw plants and mainly used for sugar, our country is second only to Brazil and India’s third sugarcane powers. Bagasse is the main product of sugar industry, it is a kind of important renewable biomass resources.It has low price, quantity, concentrations and compositions, the quality is controllable etc. However, apart from a small proportion of bagasse used to feed outside, most of the abandoned producing a large amount of agricultural waste. There have been many studies show that the main compositions of the sugarcane skin cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin, pectin, grease waxy, etc. After using sugar cane leather waste for natural spinning cane fibre, not only can expand the textile fiber raw material variety, alleviate energy shortage, and to promote the comprehensive development and utilization of sugar cane resources is of positive significance.Based on the requirements of spinning, combined with the characteristics of sugarcane skin, design for the preparation of natural fiber spinning cane sugar cane skin pretreatment method. In the sugarcane skin composition on the basis of analysis, with reference to natural bast fiber degumming method, through the single factor experiment, orthogonal design experiments, this paper discusses the methods of ultrasonic-chemical combination method, ultrasonic-enzyme two methods of preparation of sugarcane skin fiber process method and the optimal process conditions. Two methods of fiber were compared, after the fiber bleaching and soft post-processing; Use system of fiber and cotton mixed, won the cotton/sugar cane fibre blended yarn in order to enlarge the application in textile industry beneficial discussion.The ultrasonic-chemical combination method to cane leather, through the single factor experiment, ultrasonic time, function frequency to fiber effect, the experimental results show that low frequency and high frequency ultrasound in fiber degumming process the role is different, so should be reasonable distribution of low frequency and high frequency ultrasonic action sequence and time. The orthogonal experiments, discusses the acid concentration, acid temperature, acid time, alkali concentration, alkali temperature several factors on fiber degumming, the residual adhesive rate range,it is concluded that ultrasonic-chemical joint legal system for natural cane fibre is optimal method and process condition is:sugarcane skin by urea pretreatment, after acid treatment by ultrasonic, alkali cooking degumming effect is good; Acid treatment conditions for:acid concentration35ml/L, temperature70℃, time2h, Ultrasonic-soda boiling process conditions for:lye concentration8%, temperature80℃, bath ratio, even the ultrasonic action time for1.5h, should be in low frequency processing, and then to high frequency processing, action time were0.5h and1h.The ultrasonic-biological enzymatic to sugar cane leather degumming process for: sugarcane skin-preliminary treatment, ultrasonic-enzyme degumming, baking and cane fibre. The test to optimize the preliminary oxygen treatment process conditions; Through the single factor experiments, article analyzes the xylanase and pectinase on fiber effect, the experimental results show that xylanase and pectinase is different, fiber residual rate have obvious difference, xylanase and pectinase will degum effect best, two kinds of enzyme ratio for2:1, compound with enzyme effect best, The orthogonal test, the action time, composite enzyme dosage, function temperature, ultrasonic frequency several factors on degumming after fiber residual adhesive rate, the effect of final optimization that ultrasonic-enzyme combined method degumming optimal process for:action time is8h, composite enzyme dosage is1%, the role temperature50℃, ultrasonic frequency for55KHZ, bath ratio plan. Compare ultrasonic-chemical combination method, ultrasonic-biological enzymatic income sugarcane skin fiber length, fineness and residual adhesive rate, it can be seen that ultrasonic-chemical combined degumming method is better than that of ultrasonic-biological enzymatic.Use of ultrasonic wave on the chemical degumming income fibers reasonable hydrogen peroxide bleaching, FK-220softener post-processing can better improve fiber white degree and spinnability. The cotton and the degumming, post-processing of sugar cane fibre by80:20mixing, the use of ring spindle spinning machine spinning have to fineness27.25tex. Research shows that:by taking reasonable sugarcane skin pretreatment, degumming and post-processing methods and technology, the preparation of natural spinning cane fibre is feasible, sugarcane skin fiber blended new product research has broad space.
