This article put a kind of mixed solution,which contains about centella asiatica extract with antibacterial and skin care function ? hygroscopicity PVA and collagen protein powder with skin care function,into the viscose spinning solution.By the way of blending wet spinning,a kind of viscose fiber was obtained and its properties were tested.First of all,the solubilities of three kinds of function were tested,the results showed that the solubilities of three functional agents can meet the requirements of wet spinning.Centella asiatica extract solution for antibacterial tests were done,the results showed that the centella asiatica extract solution has good antibacterial effect.Secondly,in order to study the optimum proportion of three kinds of functional agent,the three functions agent distribution with a certain concentration of solution,on the basis of the orthogonal experiment scheme,with different ratio of blending cellulose membrane was prepared,respectively,its apparent properties,mechanical properties,fluid properties and antibacterial properties were tested.Comparing and analyzing the various performance test results,the best adding proportion of the three functions respectively for centella asiatica extract 8%,PVA2 %,collagen 2% was decided.Thirdly,according to the optimal adding proportion,adding three functional agent with the solution into viscose spinning dope,and according to the wet spinning process and technological parameters,viscose fiber with high moisture absorption,antibacterial and skin care functions was prepared.Then,the basic performance of blending viscose fibers was tested.Results showed that the fiber of the effective components in corresponding absorption peak in the infrared spectrogram;Crystallinity,orientation degree 41.28%,77.1% respectively,and basically the same pure viscose fiber;The dispersion of each functional material in the fiber is good,no reunion phenomenon;Fiber dry and wet tensile strength were 2.25cN/dtex,1.32 cN/dtex,slightly lower than pure viscose fiber,dry and wet elongation at break were 25.2%,27.9%,increased than pure viscose fiber.Finally,the basic functional performance of the blending viscose fiber was tested.Results showed that the fiber moisture regain of 15.7%,fluid absorption rate of 23 g/g increased than pure viscose fiber,absorbing time of 3.8 s was shorter;Antibacterial effect is good,bacteriostatic rate 97.38%;Protein content is 1.39%.
