In nowadays world, sustainable development has become the focus of human attention. It is great urgency for implementing sustainable development strategies and maintaining the harmonious development between man and nature. Because of energy crisis and ecological environment pollution, more and more experts and scholars pay attention to the development of new materials so that the shortage of resources and pollution will be alleviated. This composites which made up of renewable natural vegetable fibers and resin matrix have many characteristics, such as high strength, high modulus, low prices, and excellent biodegradability. Certain points of view, this research not only response to our country's principles of sustainable development, but also made a great contribution to protecting the environment and improving people's life.In this paper, the cane fiber from bagasse which is the flotsam of sugar Industry, mix with polypropylene, prepared cane fiber/polypropylene composites by extrusion molding method. Explore the influence of cane fiber content, barrel temperature, kneading time on property of composites. The results show that sugarcane can strengthen the mechanical properties of polypropylene, and the mechanical properties of polypropylene will decreases after the first increase while sugarcane fiber content continuously increased. While add 20wt% cane fiber into cane fiber/polypropylene composites, the tensile strength of the composite material will be 30.96Mpa.The optimum manufacturing process conditions for cane fiber/polypropylene composites is kneading time for 20min, cylinder temperature of 190?.This paper discussed the reason why the interface between sugarcane fiber and polypropylene can't be inseparable connected, and took three kinds of treatments to reinforce interface compatibility of sugarcane fiber and polypropylene. The results show that both NaOH treat sugarcane fiber, add saline coupling agent KH550 and MAPP can make composite system bonded closely, the mechanical properties of materials will be enhanced; Optimum conditions for these three treatments were soaked in 5% NaOH solution for 24h, coupling KH550 dosage 3wt%, MAPP adding 5wt%; besides, collaborative use NaOH and MAPP can make further increase on the mechanical properties of composite materials. Finally obtained the cane fiber/polypropylene composites compared to pure polypropylene, the tensile, flexural properties were enhanced by 26%,22%.
